  • Smooth skin requires exfoliation.
  • Best to remove all the dead skin cells from summer before applying a good moisturizer. Exfoliating will also improve absorption of other skin products.
  • Moisturize…Cool weather brings out the dryness, which can be uncomfortable and itchy. Be sure to use a day and night cream for maximum moisture.
  • Don’t forget your sunscreen. Even though the summer sun isn’t a daily occurrence…UVA and UVB still are…be sure to wear a daily facial sunscreen with at least an SPF of 15.
  • Replenish…use products with Vitamin C and antioxidants that will rebuild your skin.

Don’t be afraid of changing up your routine based on your skin’s needs at the time…. your Skin…and Weather are always changing.
